Pickleball Drop-In

Get out of the cold and come indoors to enjoy pickleball! We will be offering a twice-weekly pickleball drop-in for all ages and abilities. Pickleball is often described as a cross somewhere between badminton, ping-pong, and tennis. It is fast paced, never dull, and so much fun you won’t even realize you are exercising! You may purchase 7-day punch passes in the Community Services Office at Town Hall or register online and pick up your pass at the Middle School Gym on your first drop-in session. Please bring a paddle if you have one but there will be ones to borrow for beginners.

Just Added! Mix It Up Mondays

Have you tried a bootcamp fitness class? How about a POUND Fitness class? You will love this class either way! Join certified personal trainer Kristi O’Donnell on Monday evenings and start the week off right! This class will combine all of the best from both types of fitness classes – think of a mixture of weight training, cardiovascular and HIIT workouts, mixed with a sprinkle of the phenomenal POUND Rockout Workout, a workout unlike any other. All participants will need to bring their own yoga mat, a set of light dumbbells, and a water bottle. The instructor will provide Ripstix during POUND portions of the program.
