Blood Drive at Martin's Point on Thursday, August 1

The need for blood is constant and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients in our community. Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every 2 to 3

seconds and most of us will need blood in our lifetime.

On August 1 we’ll roll up our sleeves and help save lives! The Town of Scarborough Community Services' 55+ Program has partnered with the American Red Cross to help end an emergency blood shortage! Each pint of blood we collect can help save up to three lives and will touch the lives of so many more. We are very excited about the drive and I hope you are too.

Thank you for supporting the American Red Cross blood program!

Download the Red Cross Blood Donor App on the App StoreGoogle Play or text BLOODAPP to 90999. Schedule appointments, get rewards and invite friends to join you on a lifesaving team.
