Just Added! Mix-It-Up Mondays Exercise Class

Have you tried a bootcamp fitness class? How about a POUND Fitness class? You will love this class either way! Join certified personal trainer Kristi O’Donnell on Monday evenings and start the week off right! This class will combine all of the best from both types of fitness classes – think of a mixture of weight training, cardiovascular and HIIT workouts, mixed with a sprinkle of the phenomenal POUND Rockout Workout, a workout unlike any other. All participants will need to bring their own yoga mat, a set of light dumbbells, and a water bottle. The instructor will provide Ripstix during POUND portions of the program.
