Back by popular demand! Kristi is bringing back more sessions of Back to Basics Bootcamp and POUND Fitness. 


Back to Basics Bootcamp

Grab your water bottle and join the newly-added Back to Basics bootcamp-style fitness class.  This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and is for anyone wanting to get back into exercise but isn’t sure where to start.  You will perform a strengthening/cardiovascular workout utilizing basic exercises in sequence to increase your heart rate and overall muscular strength. Instructor Kristi O'Donnell has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, is a ACE certified personal trainer and certified POUND professional, has 10 years experience in the Heath and Fitness industry, as well as experience in competing and placing in figure competitions nationally.

All participants will need to bring their own yoga mat, a set of light dumbbells, and a water bottle.

POUND Fitness

Instead of listening to music, you BECOME the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.
