Summer Day Camp

Summer 2020 Registration Information

UPDATE AS OF 4/16/2020:

As our present situation continues to change and evolve, we have decided that there will be two registration periods for this year’s day camp. Residents will continue to start registration on Monday, April 27, as last communicated. Non-residents will be allowed to register beginning on June 1, if space is still available. This decision was not taken lightly but the measure is being put in place to ensure residents get the first opportunity to enroll. We are attempting to counter-balance an anticipated surge in enrollment should surrounding communities decide not to hold their camps this summer. We hope everyone understands our decision as we all work through these ever-changing times.

Resident Registration: Begins 4/27/2020

Non-Resident Registration: Begins 6/1/2020

UPDATE AS OF 4/6/2020:

We are busy planning another fun-filled, action-packed summer day camp for all of your children. We intend to offer 8 weeks of summer day camp starting on June 23 and ending August 14 as long as we are given the ok that it can happen. There is a lot of uncertainty right now but please know that we are working diligently to put together the best camp schedule, with the hope that we can go back to our “normal” by the time camp comes around. Depending on amusement parks, beaches, and other trip locations, summer camp may look a bit different than in previous years but it will still be fun and welcoming. Schedules will be available at a later date.

Online registration will begin Monday, April 27, for all 8 weeks and individual weeks.

If registering for all 8 weeks, you will pay a $100.00 deposit to hold your spot. No other fees will be assessed at that time. Once we have a better idea as to what the summer schedule will look like, we will assess the remainder of the camp fees. Pay in full households will still receive a discounted rate for paying up front, and will be able to pay the balance online with a debit or credit card. We will work with those choosing payment plans to set up the payment schedule with their credit or debit card. Our thought is that if we only collect the deposit upfront for everyone and have to reduce the weeks of camp, we will not have to issue refunds or credits for any overpayment.

If you are registering for individual weeks, you will pay for the week in full, and if it turns out we are not offering that week for camp, we will issue a full refund or transfer your funds to another week.
