Scarborough Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information

Public Health Advisory

[Updated 3/28/2020 | 11:00 a.m.]

We understand the concern around the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are developing preventive measures to better protect our community and employees. The Town Council, Town Manager, and all Department Heads are working daily to adjust Scarborough’s continued response to COVID-19.

As this situation is evolving we will be providing periodic updates to our community on this page, as well as our other information channels.
At this time, before and after-care programs will continue. Now, more than ever, we encourage residents to utilize our online/mail-in services!

We have currently closed public access to town buildings (Town Hall, Fire/EMS, and Police) as it is our responsibility to protect our residents especially our elderly population. Please continue to be vigilant with your own personal health by following the recommendations and best practices from the CDC. Stay connected to all of our town platforms.

In addition, we recommend that residents connect with the CDC's Facebook page as they are sharing daily updates about the virus and best practices for preventing the spread of it. You can also visit their website for more information. We will continue to monitor the situation and will post updates frequently. Share this message far and wide and check in with your neighbors!
