There will be a State General Election, a State Referendum Election and a Municipal Election on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.
Absentee Voting with Special Circumstances As of Friday, November 2nd and Monday, November 5th, any voter requesting an Absentee Ballot must complete the Special Circumstances Application below and indicate one of the 4 reasons allowed by state statute – Title 21-A M.R.S.A. §753-B sub2(D): 1. Unexpected absence from the municipality during the entire time the polls are open on Election Day; or 2. Physical disability; or 3. Incapacity or illness that has resulted in the voter’s being unable to leave home or a treatment facility; or 4. Inability to travel to the polls if the voter is a resident of a coastal island ward or precinct. The VOTER must complete and sign the form [below] before a ballot will be issued. Only the voter can make the request. Scarborough

Voting will take place at the High School Alumni Gymnasium on Election Day, Tuesday, November 6, 2018, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. As a reminder the main entrance to the High School is now located at the traffic light in front of the Municipal Building at 259 U.S. Route One.
