Unfortunately, due to last night’s snowstorm causing poor ice conditions, this Saturday's WinterFest has been rescheduled to Saturday, February 13, with another possible make-up date of Sunday, February 14. Please put these dates on your calendar to come enjoy all that WinterFest has to offer.

New Date: Saturday, February 13 (Make-up date: Sunday, February 14)
Time: 1:00 to 5:30 pm
Location: Municipal Ice Rink and Wentworth Field

Come join us for WinterFest 2016, our annual family-friendly event held at our outdoor ice rink and sports fields. Take part in the ever-popular King and Queen competitions or bring your entire family to compete in the Royal Family activities. Various competitions will take place throughout the day and will conclude with the crowning of the WinterFest King, Queen, and Royal Family. See below for the competition events for King and Queen and then for the Royal Family.  Other events (that are not part of these competitions but are just as fun) include Score-O, Ice Cube Hunt, and Snow Sculpture Contest.

Not interested in competing? The ice rink will be open to free skate during the entire event. We will have the warming hut concession stand fully stocked and the fire pits will be stoked throughout the day to keep the chill away. Take a wagon ride around the campus and visit with Frosty on the ice rink. Take a peek at our custom ice carving by Sub Zero Ice Sculpting and enjoy some free hot chocolate and s'mores, both sponsored by Saco & Biddeford Savings Institution.

Make sure to stop by the concession stand for a schedule of events AND try your luck at our raffle. Many local businesses have been extremely generous in providing us with gift certificates, gift baskets, and so much more to offer to you! All proceeds go back into funding free community events, such as SummerFest and the Annual 55+ Barbecue.

We will finish off the day of fun with a fantastic fireworks show!
