Election Information:

Sample ballots for the State and Municipal Elections can be obtained below.

ABSENTEE BALLOTS WITH SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES:  The deadline to request an absentee ballot, including a ballot voted in the presence of the clerks was Thursday, October 29th; however, if the Voter completes a Special Circumstance Application [see below] and checks off one of the four reasons below, they can vote by absentee at Town Hall in Chamber B on Friday, October 30th and on Monday, November 2nd:

You will be absent from the municipality of residence unexpectedly during the entire time the polls are open on election day;

You have a physical disability;

You are unable to leave home or a treatment facility due to an incapacity or illness; or

You are a resident of a coastal island ward or precinct and are unable to travel to the polls.

This special circumstances application must be signed by only the voter.

NOTE:  The deadline for returning absentee ballots has not changed.  You can return ballots at the Town Hall on Friday, October 30th and on Monday, November 2nd during regular business hours and up until 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, November 3, 2015, at the High School.

Voting will take place at the High School in Alumni Gymnasium on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, 2015, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. As a reminder the main entrance to the High School is now located at the traffic light in front of the Municipal Building at 259 U.S. Route One.
