The 2024 Post-Revaluation Report below, titled 2024 Revaluation Project: Best Practices for Communication and Public Outreach, is a 30-page report detailing how the Town of Scarborough developed and implemented an effective system for distributing information to taxpayers and other stakeholders regarding its 2024 Town-wide Revaluation Project. The report is followed by 330 pages of supplemental appendix materials which highlight the town's dedication to open communication about the revaluation to minimize confusion, enhance accountability, and foster dialogue between the town and residents.
