Summer Day Camp 2026

Scarborough Community Services welcomes new and past campers to Summer Day Camp 2026. Camp is open to any resident child entering Grades K through 6 in the fall. We are looking forward to providing a safe environment where everyone can make new friends, explore and develop new skills, and simply have lots of fun! Art and gym activities, theme programming, field trips, and more will take place throughout the summer.

Location

Summer Day Camp is located in the Wentworth School for Grades K-6. Parents/guardians will need to enter the building for check in and check out each day.

Program Schedule

The tentative dates for Summer Camp 2026 are 6/29-8/13 (no camp on 7/3). Week 8 (under the tent) is tentatively 8/17-8/20).

Program Hours

Camp runs 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. Parents may utilize the span of camp hours with no additional charge; however, please be aware that children will not be with their specific group during the early morning hours or later evening hours. Programming specific to groups typically runs 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Max Enrollment

Maximum camper headcount will be kept conservative to reflect the level of staffing we have confirmed for Summer 2026. Once we have hit that number, we will begin a waitlist. If we are able to secure more staff as we get closer to the start date of the program, we will work with waitlisted families to complete the registration process.  

Summer day camp registration for 2026 will open on Tuesday, January 20, at 8:00 am.

Registration Process

Summer Day Camp registration for Scarborough residents begins Tuesday, January 20 at 8:00 AM for families enrolling for all seven weeks. Registration is online ONLY through WebTrac.

If you do not know or have forgotten your household login information, please do not wait until the last minute. Call 730-4157 ahead of time for assistance.

To Register:

  1. Log into your Webtrac account.

  2. Select Summer Day Camp 2026 (the only option)

  3. Choose your payment preference (pay in full or payment plan)

  4. Indicate whether you want Week 8 (not guaranteed). 
     

No payment is required at the time of registration.
Forms, details, and payments will be collected later. A registration link will be sent in advance.

Please Note: The 7-week program is all-inclusive. Individual weeks cannot be dropped. If you withdraw, all seven weeks must be dropped.
