As we age, maintaining good balance becomes essential for preventing falls and staying active. This program is designed to help you improve strength, stability, and confidence in your daily movements. Throughout this class, you'll be guided through a series of gentle exercises aimed at enhancing coordination, improving posture, and strengthening key muscles that support balance. Back in Motion's goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can work at your own pace, build your skills, and feel more secure in your ability to move freely and independently.
