Summer Volleyball Fitness
Join us weekday mornings at Pine Point Beach for a beach volleyball class! Expect a fun, intense, full-body cardio workout that challenges you, with the reduced injury risk from playing on the sand. Each class includes a warm-up and volleyball drills that build balance, strength, and agility. At the end, we play a game to put your new skills into play. No volleyball experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome. Sarah Houhoulis is a chiropractor and strength coach in Portland, and has been playing beach volleyball for six years.
