The Scarborough Fire Department is responsible for providing training and professional development opportunities for all members of the department. Classes are offered on different days and at various times to accommodate the full-time, per-diem, and call company personnel.
The training calendar is constantly being updated with the most current information. It is also distributed weekly in the department’s electronic newsletter, The Friday Update. If you aren’t currently receiving the newsletter, contact the Chief’s office to be added to the distribution list.
