The Town of Scarborough Fire Department is seeking applicants for the Call Company. This is skilled firefighting and emergency medical work consisting of combating, extinguishing, and preventing fires. Applications must be received by Sunday, June 25. 

The Town of Scarborough is seeking a full-time Maintenance Worker/Plow Truck Driver to join a dedicated Public Works team. This employee will operate light and moderately heavy trucks and motorized equipment in road maintenance, road construction and repair, and in the snow and ice removal operations of the Public Works Department. This position is open until filled.

Scarborough Police is seeking motivated people who want to be part of our growing department. The Town of Scarborough offers a competitive starting salary of up to $84,500 plus ample overtime opportunities.  Applications must be received by Sunday, June 4, 2023.

The Town of Scarborough’s Community Services Department is seeking applicants who are creative, energetic, caring, responsible, and dependable to work full time 40 hours/week in our eight-week seasonal summer day camp program as a group leader. The group leader would oversee approximately 30 camps and 5 staff. Applicants are responsible for supervision, on and off site, of staff and children and for planning and running age appropriate activities daily. Apply by Sunday, June 11, 2023.

The Community Services Department is searching for dedicated and responsible individuals to work in their before and after care program. Work involves the direct supervision of children on site, as well as organizing and planning activities, cleaning, and working with a team of coworkers. Ages 16+, Pay: $15-16 per hour.
