Building Permit Application Information
Building Permit applications can be delivered for review in the following ways:

Delivery/Drop-off: Planning Department, Scarborough Town Hall, 259 US Route 1
Mailed: PO Box 360 Scarborough ME 04070-0360
The Planning Department is located on the first floor at the back of the Municipal Building.
All application forms are fillable. Download the application, fill out the form and save or print it. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 business hours of submitting an application via email, please contact us to verify receipt. Please note that some application materials may be required in paper format for review.
