Building Permit applications can be delivered for review in the following ways:
Delivery/Drop-off: Drop box is located at the front door of Town Hall, 259 US Route 1
Mailed: PO Box 360 Scarborough ME 04070-0360
In-Person Delivery (M-F 8AM-4PM): Planning Department is located on the first floor at the back of the Municipal Building.
All applications forms are fillable. Download the application, fill out the form and save or print. Applications can be submitted via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you don’t receive a confirmation within 24 business hours please contact us to verify receipt of the application. Please note some application materials may be required in paper format for review.
