Scarborough Downs Development

About

The Town of Scarborough has been involved in a 525-acre development project, The Downs, with the developer Crossroad Holdings. The project began in 2018 and coordination between the developers and town officials has been ongoing. One area of focus between town officials and developers has been on the creation of a downtown area on this property to serve the community. This is the largest single development project in Scarborough and is situated in the geographic center of town. Review the resources below as the project advances.
