Purpose

The Personnel Appeals Board meets when an officer or employee of the town has been removed or suspended and that employee requests an appeal. The Board meets within 10 days from receipt of a notice of appeal for consideration.

Committee Members

The Committee consists of five members and two alternates, appointed by the Town Council. Meetings occur on an as-needed basis.
