Scarborough residents can still bring grass clippings, leaves, and household brush to the Casella Transfer Station (594 County Road, Westbrook) FREE OF CHARGE!

This option remains available to Scarborough residents, even though curbside trash/recycling collection has transitioned to Garbage to Garden.
