Beach Parking Passes Available (Non-Resident Sold Out)

The Town of Scarborough maintains municipal parking lots at Pine Point Beach (Hurd Park), Ferry Beach, and Higgins Beach. Beach passes, purchased through the Town, are a cost effective method for regular beach goers to avoid hourly/daily rates for parking during the summer season. The season for beach parking fees and passes runs from the Friday before Memorial Day (May) through Labor Day (September), except for Higgins Beach Bayview Avenue metered parking.

Passes are available for purchase beginning April 30 at Town Hall. Non-Resident passes are limited to 350 total available and are now sold out for the 2026 season* (as of 4/30/2026).
